Trauma-informed, Neuroaffirmative, online Psychotherapy and Coaching
Thoughtful. Ethical. Clinically Grounded.
Find a greater sense of ease, clarity, and balance.
I work with people who are thoughtful, capable, and often manage well outwardly, while experiencing emotional, relational, or nervous system challenges beneath the surface.
Offering a different kind of support
-
Late Diagnosis
NEURODIVERGENCY, ADHD, AUTISM
Late-diagnosed neurodiversity often comes with grief over a lifetime of “what might have been”
Many people also experience exhaustion at the weight of navigating a neurotypical world, mental health struggles, profound identity shifts, relationship strain, complex masking mechanisms, imposter syndrome, self blame, and burnout. Sessions offer a space where your experiences are met with care, clarity, and respect
-
Emotions & Well Being
ANXIETY, DEPRESSION
When our core emotional needs go consistency unanswered, it can leave many of us feeling anxious and/or depressed.
Our work together can address grief and loss, how to move beyond habitual feelings of guilt, anger, sadness, confusion and loneliness, self-esteem Issues, communication and attachment styles, life-transitions, and developmental issues.
-
The Subconscious
PATTERNS, CONDITIONING
We focus on the why as well as the what, exploring early experiences, attachment, and relational patterns that continue to shape emotional life in the present.
Sessions allow for space for depth, reflection, founded in uncovering internal narratives, and a strong understanding of limiting beliefs such as “I’m not good enough” or patterns of black and white thinking.
A space where your experiences are met with care, clarity, and respect

About Lisa– trauma-informed neuroaffirmative psychotherapist and coach
I bring lived experience of dyslexia and ADHD, and over 20 years of professional expertise across clinical, organisational, and private settings. My approach is humanistic, neuroaffirmative, holistic, and deeply informed by my own experience, and of finding traditional therapy unhelpful or deficit-focused.
I know what it is to appear capable, successful, or high-functioning on the outside, while privately feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and disconnected, and coping with it all on your own.
I offer a way forward that recognises the connection between mind, body, emotions, and life experience, helping you to reconnect with your strengths, and move toward greater clarity, ease, self-acceptance, and meaningful change.
